• Is a Senior Environmental Specialist with the City of Toledo, Division of Environmental Services. During his time with the City of Toledo, he has assisted in the Stormwater Management Program, Emergency / Compliant Responder and Asbestos / Open Burn Coordinator. He is certified with the State of Ohio as an Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist and Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist. With City of Toledo being a Local Air Authority for the Ohio EPA.
• He is Married, three adult children and eight grandchildren.
