BIO: President of Refinery Pass and Online Safety Orientations, has built a distinguished career spanning over three decades in the chemical, oil, and safety industries. He spent 20 years at Dow Chemical, gaining extensive experience before moving on to serve as a project manager at both Chevron and Shell Oil. Transitioning into the safety sector, he dedicated 10 years to the drug and alcohol testing and safety training industry as a national marketing manager. In 2018, Rick took his expertise to the next level by founding his own safety training company, where he continues to provide industry-leading solutions to promote workplace safety and compliance.
