Classroom D: Deb Schultz – BWC Programs

Deb’s entire career has been in the field of workers’ compensation. Prior to joining BWC in 2000 Deb worked for various employers as well as a local TPA.
As a business consultant Deb’s duties include working with employers in northwest Ohio to implement proven risk-management strategies through various cost-control programs. She also partners with associations to share updates and bring industry feedback to BWC executive management while focusing on growth and retention of business in Ohio.
