Tom has been with Cardinal Compliance Consultants, LLC as an Electrical Engineering Consultant since 2014 leading the engineering department in areas such as lockout tagout, arc flash analysis, combustible dust hazard analysis and much more. Previously, Tom worked for Owens Corning and various other companies over his 45 years of experience.

Session: Lockout Tagout Fundamentals
This session will discuss the various aspects of a well-rounded and well-run Lockout Tagout Program. Topics of discussion will include the development of a robust written lockout tagout program, the development and annual review of machine specific lockout tagout procedures, and the training and annual verification of responsibilities of the authorized employee.
