Presentation Description: Historically, workplace safety has improved through use of power (in the name of good). Women in leadership roles are challenged to incorporate persuasion, networking, dialogue, facilitation, and a process focus. Join us as we chat with four successful female safety professionals about challenges they’ve faced, obstacles they’ve overcome and lessons they’ve learned in the field.
