Elizabeth Bolduc—Why Can’t We All Just Get Along at Work? No Violence and No Bullying

Elizabeth Bolduc is a member of Bugbee & Conkle’s Labor and Employment Practice legal group. She is a law school graduate of the University of Toledo, she also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo. She has assisted employers on several cases in relation to employee treatment including discrimination cases, FMLA cases, NLRB cases and EEOC cases, to name a few. She is an active member in the Northwest Ohio Human Resources Association, the Toledo Women’s Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section of the Ohio State Bar Association and Labor and Employment Committee of the Toledo Bar Association.

Workplace Violence is on the increase and a major concern for everyone. Employers need to know how to deal with the threat of violence in the workplace. Bullying is a form of violence that is often overlooked by employers. This presentation will focus on legal compliance in workplace violence issues for employers and offer solutions faced by human resource and safety professionals in today’s workplace.
